OCT Imaging

Our newest technology is our Topcon Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT). It is a retinal imaging machine for the immediate future. It is a very quick and painless test in which nothing touches the eye. It diagnosis the different layers of the retina. The Topcon OCT gives us an excellent image of the retina using luminescent light source and since no x-ray is being used, there is no exposure to radiation. This allows Dr. Nota to deeply analyze all the layers of the back of the retina, macula, fovia, and optic nerve.
