“My name is Suzette and my kids and I switched to your office last year. Your office is so refreshing! The staff is friendly, caring and compassionate and not only that, they are helpful. For example today (Thursday, February 24, 2010), I called in regards to needing to order contacts for my daughter. I spoke to Maria who not only gave me the price but also was understanding of me saying that I was also calling Costco to see if I could get them cheaper through them. She made sure that I understood the deal and exactly what I need to find out from Costco so that I would get exactly what I needed for a 6 month supply of contacts. Then when I called her back and said that your office was cheaper (Yeah!!!!), she graciously took my order, had them direct shipped to my house with no extra charge and even helped me with the rebate…of which she called me back to see if I might qualify for the higher rebate. She did not need to do that but she went out of her way to help me. Now, that may seem like common practice in your office but believe me, in other offices, it is not. She was kind and sweet and very friendly. And I sincerely want to thank her for that. I have also known Heather for years and every time I have spoken with her on the phone, I received the very same kind, friendly service.
